COVID-19 Reopening Plan

For the health and safety of all, the NYS Department of Health strongly recommends wearing masks indoors when the vaccination status of people is unknown. Unvaccinated individuals, under both CDC and state guidance must wear masks in all public settings. Please wear a mask inside the Library if you are unvaccinated for COVID-19. 

Services are being expanded under Step IV: COVID-19 Response: Crandall Public Library Temporary Safety Policy to include:

Limited Services:

  • Limited Hours: Mon-Thu 9am-7pm; Fri-Sat 9am-5pm
  • Curbside Pickup: By appointment Tuesday 3pm-6pm and Friday 10am-1pm
  • Restricted Foot Traffic: Enter & Exit from the Glen Street Entrance
  • Computer Use: 8 one-hour stations available with printing
  • Tri-County Literacy Center: No in-building services. Call/email for assistance
  • Teen Center: Limited occupancy
  • Teen Computers: 2 one-hour stations
  • Folklife Center: Limited occupancy
  • Microfilm Readers: 1 two-hour station
