Live! Folklife Concerts
Live! Folklife Concerts
This is the place to hear live music from world-class bands in an intimate setting. The music ranges from local to international, with a roots/Americana/ethnic flare.
The lineup typically consists of 12 concerts in the spring (March to May) and 6 concerts in the fall (September to October), all on Thursday evenings, 7:00 to 8:30 PM in the Community Room (downstairs off the Glen Street entrance). The room seats 150 and reservations are not required. Doors open at 6:30 PM.
The series is free to the public, thanks to funding from the Friends of Crandall Public Library and the New York State Council on the Arts - Folk Arts Program.
These concerts are also recorded live with 3 cameras, edited and archived, with songs added to our YouTube page.
