Programs and Services - Outreach

Crandall Public Library's Outreach service provides library materials to homebound seniors.


Every month the Outreach Librarian brings an assortment of large print books to the community rooms of local senior residences in Glens Falls, Queensbury, South Glens Falls, and the town of Moreau. Locations include Cronin High Rise, Stichman Towers, The Cedars, Mallard’s Landing, The Willows, Westbrook, The Landing, Solomon Heights, Adirondack Manor, The Glen at Highland Meadow, The Terrace at The Glen, Midtown Apt., Home of the Good Shepherd, and Harrison Terrace, as well as Moreau Community Center. Please check with your local facility for dates and times.


Visits to individual homes, The Pines, and The Stanton are arranged on an individual basis.
