Legal Thrillers
The legal thriller focuses on the courtroom and the techniques needed to persuade the jury the client is not guilty. Most of the lawyers featured in these books are defense lawyers, not all of whom are convinced their clients are innocent. John Grisham is a popular author in this genre, as are Scott Turow and Lisa Scottoline.
